The Greatest Hurdle To Success is YOU

Sounds harsh, eh? Agreed, and yet I am totally serious.

YOU, my friend, are what’s holding you back from achieving everything you have dreamt of, career-wise.

Sure, your boss is a micro-managing misogynist, or a woman feeling threatened by your success, or someone who doesn’t give a toss about the people they are supposed to lead, or…

I get it. They are not helping you move forward in your career. 

But let’s be real. You’re not a tree. If you don’t like where you are, you can leave.

And again, sure, there are probably a ton of hurdles in the way to doing that – I am not saying it is easy to just leave. If it was, you’d have done it a long time ago.

And yet…

My WINners’ bosses were just as horrible as your boss is now.

My WINners just as often went for career pivots as you may be wishing.
