Friday WIN: 6th October 2023

Celebrating my WINner today, who really kicked it out of the park recently. (And showing off my foot being cast-less, wooooop!)

I am immensely proud of her, as she navigated tricky corporate waters, and came out absolutely WINning! In her message to me, she speaks of the financial increase she received for stepping up to a newly created role, and also about other benefits of showing up powerfully at work: joining important meetings and committees, and a team of supporters throughout the org who are all cheering her on and supporting her. The value of that, my friends, cannot be put into words.

There have been many other wonderful WINs this week, and I am celebrating them all. And I raise my glass especially to this badass and her success. I am so, so proud of her, and so, so excited for what lies ahead for her as she embarks on this adventure!
