Friday WIN: 3rd March 2023

People, I am taking a moment to celebrate the fact that WINners are on an absolute roll!

I am honouring the WINner who set up ten meetings with people outside her network, who is loving connecting with them.

I am applauding the WIN badass who got a promotion two levels up and a massive salary increase.

I am celebrating the WINner who got a job in her dream organisation on the other side of the world.

I am honouring the WIN badass who is negotiating an exit package worth… A LOT, after the company let her go.

I am so very, very proud of the WIN lady who said “no” to a role that wasn’t working for her, and mic dropped left, right and centre to the people stunned she wasn’t a grateful monkey for the opportunity.

I have mad respect for the WINner who pushed back eloquently on the salary expectation question, and instead learnt more about the available budget – then got them to increase it.

I respect the hell out of the WIN queen who got their employer to pay out her huge and much-deserved bonus, that’s life-changing for her and her family.

And those, my friends, are just some of the successes my WINners shared in the pas week! I am ever so proud of all the ways in which they are stretching themselves, overcoming limiting beliefs, speaking up and changing their lives and the lives of the people around them.

Let me say ahead of International Women’s Day next week – the world is better off when women are taking up more space! Cheers to you, chickens!!
