Team! Today’s Friday WIN is GLOW!

It was funny – I was going through this week’s lovely messages from WINners, and this theme of GLOW kept coming back, including another spontaneous mention on yesterday’s Team Call.

SO Today, I am celebrating the GLOW that WINners have been feeling this week, adding a Throwback Friday (that’s a thing, people, work with me here) of @sannie Sherman and myself GLOWING at at sunset at the the beach in Viareggio, Italy a few weeks ago.

Don’t get me wrong – I can talk about results all day long. Give me allll the salary raises, promotions and new amazing roles.
