Please join me in clinking (imaginary) glasses to celebrate this badass, who managed to find a new role with a 50% initial salary increase, and much potential for further increases down the line)!

This New York-based wonder woman secured this life and career upgrade by first of all raising her ambitions. By increasing what she thought was possible for her, and then going after it efficiently and effectively and importantly: not settling for anything less, she managed this jump in record time.

Super proud of her and my other WINners who are collectively kicking ass at improving their careers!
