When your client got her unicorn role + pay through the WIN Way program in the past, so she isn’t interested in other options 🙂 🙂 🙂
Upon being contacted by a recruiter, I asked for salary range right away.
They gave me the range, I am already near the top of that range, so I declined (I was also sick and didn’t feel like taking another call). Win: I got confirmation that I am currently being well compensated according to marker rates.
They came back 2 weeks later asking me to speak with the hiring manager directly, skipping the screening call.
I said sure, why not.
But since I am already in my unicorn role, I plan to say no while keeping the communication open for the future. Any specific wordings from WIN I should use? Thank you.
