Friday WIN: 17th February 2023

People, before we slide into the weekend, I would love to share a WIN with you that’s a little bit different….

You see, many WINners join or coaching program because they want to get a different position in the same company – a more senior one, or a different kind. Others still are looking to go external, or they are in between jobs and searching for that unicorn one altogether.

This WINner, however, was very happy where she was: loved the content of the role, loved the people, simply didn’t love the remuneration. So we worked on that and it improved rather dramatically at the time. Yeay!
