These terms and conditions apply to the Beyond WINning mastermind program (“Beyond WINning”), available to graduate clients (“Graduates”, "Grads") of the WIN Professionals Program (“the Program”), as offered by

Women in Negotiation B.V. (“WIN”).

WIN is located at Brinklaan 146B (1404GW) in Bussum, The Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with registration number 78492521.

1. Beyond WINning is an annual or quarterly membership for Graduates of the Program, consisting of online training, coaching and accountability sessions, conducted live.  

2. The price of Beyond WINning annual or quarterly membership are in EUR, inclusive of VAT and communicated on the Program’s learning platform. Payment for Continued WINning takes place via credit card only.

3. If a quarterly membership is chosen, then membership is automatically renewed each quarterly. Cancellation for quarterly membership must take place by email to finance@womeninnegotiation.org at least 14 days prior to the next billing date. Cancellation of the annual membership must take place by email to finance@womeninnegotiation.org at least 28 days prior to the next billing date. No refunds of any kinds are provided for any reason.

4. Attendance of Beyond WINning is strictly personal, and Client is not entitled to transfer its rights under these terms to a third party.

5. The relevant terms and conditions of the Program, available here apply to the beyond Membership insofar as relevant.
